I take my work seriously. I know it's boring but my terms and conditions are important and you need to read them before attending one of my events or using any of my services. The use of this website and engagement with Spirituum (hereinafter referred to as "me") for services is governed by the following terms and conditions. By visiting this site and/or purchasing something from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”), These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
General terms and conditions
1) Articles and content, including the intellectual property are my own, unless otherwise stated. You may reference and cite my work with permission.
2) I accept no responsibility for loss, damage or other impact on your personal or professional life. I am not responsible for your actions.
3) My services are provided as entertainment. Should you need it, seek professional advice from a qualified person, e.g. health, relationships, finance.
4) Anyone engaging with my services must be aged 18+ unless accompanied by an adult.
5) Scottish Paranormal events are governed by Haunted Scotland Ltd terms and conditions.
6) I reserve the right to refuse my services if I choose to do so.
7) I have a duty of care, and although I work in confidence, I will work with the police or health professionals should I believe you to be at risk.
8) I reserve the right to change, add, or amend to these terms and conditions at any time.
Payments and refunds
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit/debit/paypal card/account that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of services.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateway via Stripe which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
The prices payable for services are as set out in GBP (UK Pounds). All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Your card issuer may apply additional fees.
1) Payments are processed by Stripe, using a secure transaction process.
2) I do not offer refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, so please make sure you want my services before you pay.
3) Exceptional circumstances include cancellation of your appointment or event by me.
4) Any refunds or payments due to you will be made at the end of the calendar month.
5) Gift vouchers can be used as pre-payment but they have no alternative cash value.
6) If you do not attend an appointment without prior notice, you will not be provided with a refund or alternative appointment.
7) You may change the date and time of your appointment at no additional cost, with at least 24 hours notice.
8) I will not be held responsible for any failed or unsuccessful transactions.
9) Donations for charity will be collated and distributed to those I'm supporting at any given time, at my discretion.
10) If you do not attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, this will not be refunded or exchanged.
Readings and consultation
1) I provide a limited number of readings throughout the year. My normal working hours are week day evenings.
2) Premium readings cost £50 per person and are payable when booking.
3) I will travel to you if you live in the Scottish Forthvalley area, otherwise readings will be conducted online through video call.
4) Free readings do not have any associated fees and are conducted online through video call.
5) By opting into free readings, there is no guarantee that you will receive one. You can opt out at any time by contacting me.
Privacy notice
This privacy notice explains my approach and the legal basis for handling your personal data. It also covers my content as used on my digital channels.

What data do we collect?
I facilitate and provide services related to paranormal research and investigation as well as spirituality and mediumship. There may be instances were individuals sign up to my products and services and where I collect your personal information.
I may collect your name, email address and postcode if you contact me or register on one of my events. I take the privacy of your information seriously. This notice applies to all data processing and governs data collection, processing and usage in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. By using this website and/or my digital channels, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. I will only process data where there is a legal and business requirement to do so.
I will not share your data with anyone without your informed consent.
Data is processed by www.wix.com or where there is a financial transaction, this is processed securely by a third-party. I do not record or save your banking information.
How long will we store your data?
I will save your data for a maximum of 7 years, after which it will be deleted should there be inactivity. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing me. You can also request a copy of any data that I hold on you.
Intellectual property
The entire content of this website, including all photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Lee Dunn and/or Spirituum is the sole property of Lee Dunn Limited.
