The use of this website and engagement with Spirituum (hereinafter referred to as "Lee/He/His") for services is governed by the following terms and conditions. By visiting this site and/or purchasing something from Lee, you engage in his “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

General terms and conditions

1) Articles and content, including the intellectual property belong to Lee, unless otherwise stated. You may reference and cite his work with permission.

2) Lee accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or other impact on your personal or professional life. He is not responsible for your actions.

3) His services are provided as entertainment. Should you need it, seek professional advice from a qualified person, e.g. health, relationships, finance.

4) Anyone engaging with his services must be aged 18+ unless accompanied by an adult.

5) Lee reserves the right to refuse his services if he chooses to do so.

6) Lee has a duty of care, and although he works in confidence, he will work with the police or health professionals should he believe you to be at risk.

7) Lee reserves the right to change, add, or amend to these terms and conditions at any time.

Payments and refunds

By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit/debit/paypal card/account that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment Lee will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of services.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateway via Stripe which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.​

 

The prices payable for services are as set out in GBP (UK Pounds). All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Your card issuer may apply additional fees.

1) Payments are processed by Stripe, using a secure transaction process.

2) Lee does not offer refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, so please make sure you want his services before you pay.

3) Exceptional circumstances include cancellation of your appointment or event by Lee. 

4) Any refunds or payments due to you will be made at the end of the calendar month.

5) Gift vouchers can be used as pre-payment but they have no alternative cash value. 

6) If you do not attend an appointment without prior notice, you will not be provided with a refund or alternative appointment.

7) You may change the date and time of your appointment at no additional cost, with at least 24 hours notice.

8) Lee will not be held responsible for any failed or unsuccessful transactions. 

9) Donations for charity will be collated and distributed to those Lee is supporting at any given time, at his discretion. 

10) If you do not attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, this will not be refunded or exchanged.

Readings and consultation

​

1) Lee provides a limited number of readings throughout the year. His normal working hours are weekday evenings or weekends.

2) Premium readings cost £50 per person and are payable in full when booking.

3) Lee will travel to you if this has been pre-arranged, otherwise readings will be conducted online through Google Meet.

4) Free readings do not have any associated fees and are conducted online through Google Meet. 

5) By opting into free readings, there is no guarantee that you will receive one. You can opt out at any time by contacting Lee.

How long will Lee store your data?

Lee will save your data for a maximum of 7 years, after which it will be deleted should there be inactivity. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Lee in writing. You can also request a copy of any data that Lee holds on you. If you do not log into your free member account within 7 years, your account will be deleted.
