Public Speaking

When I step onto a stage, I’m not just there to speak, I’m there to connect.

I’ve spent my life working at the heart of transformation, leadership, and human experience. I’ve led national digital change programmes in government. I’ve taught future leaders and teachers as a senior academic at the University of Glasgow. I’ve shared insights on global platforms through the United Nations. And through it all, one thing has remained clear: if we want to create space for change, we need to nurture it.

My talks aren’t textbook lectures or dry leadership theory. They’re honest, thought-provoking conversations that meet people where they are, whether they’re senior civil servants, educators, corporate leaders, or individuals on the edge of burnout wondering, “Is this all there is?”

I speak about what truly drives transformation: Alignment. Autonomy. Psychological safety. Purpose. Coaching that sees the human, not just the role.

And I speak from lived experience, from building and leading high-performing teams, navigating the pressure of public service leadership, supporting thousands of professionals, and from sitting quietly with people who’ve completely lost their sense of self. Because alongside my leadership and teaching career, I’ve also worked as a medium and spiritual life coach, helping people reconnect with meaning, clarity, and direction when everything else feels off-centre.

That dual lens, grounded strategy and intuitive insight, gives my work a unique edge. I’ve stood in government buildings one day and in ancient ruins the next. I’ve spoken on international stages, delivered keynote speeches for the University of Glasgow, the Scottish Government, and the United Nations, and I’ve coached people one-on-one through some of their most defining moments.

When I speak, I bring all of it. The laughs. The stories. The practical tools. And the space for people to breathe, reflect, and shift.

My delivery is relaxed, engaging, and always honest, with a dose of humour, a bit of sarcasm, and a clear intention: to wake people up to what’s possible when they stop performing for the audience and start leading from who they really are.

Whether I’m speaking to a room of senior leaders, students, spiritual seekers, or people who’ve simply lost their way, my message is always the same: You’re not here to fit in. You’re here to be you.

Get in touch if you want me to speak at your event. Every discussion is customised to meet your requirements.

When I speak, I bring the space for people to breathe, reflect, and shift.
